The facility appears clean as do the lockers upon moving in, and the prices are better than most.
The part of there facility I like best are the two girls that work in the office. They were very helpful and accommodating. They were so nice and they made the experience fun. I know moving and fun do not belong in the same sentence but they really did make it a enjoyable experience and I look forward to going back to my locker soon so I can poke my head in and say hello.
I think this facility has the right people in place and a business plan that appears to be working very well, I wouldn't change a thing.“

We had a great experience renting a truck from them. When we returned our truck there was a small mix up with charges, and when we went in to talk to them, we laughed and talked like friends and they made it way right. We have a little more moving to do and we will 100% be going back to rent from them. The women who works behind the counter who we worked both times, is funny and so friendly. She is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for being good honest people. It restores my faith in people when we have experiences like this !! 🙏❤️🙏“

I have had a medium sized storage here for several years. There has been a change in owners and I am happy to say they still are very good to work with. They have even dropped a more than a few late fees if I contact them to let them know I need a few extra days to pay. If I need to pay a little late or forget to let them know, they send a polite reminder in the mail. Nothing overly aggressive which I appreciate. Noah is always smiling and polite and Jaime is always willing to help with anything I need if she has time. Security is excellent and the alarms are no joke bc response time from the police is very short. Several members of my family use them as well. If you have to have a storage get one from here. You'll be glad you did. Rates are not cheap but reasonable. Security is a priority. Tell them Sonya sent you and we both get a month free!!
